Is there a weight limit?

110 kg per guest on shared flights. Above that, book a second seat or a private flight. Tell us when you book and we arrange it quietly.

What if it's foggy or windy?

If Falcon cancels for weather, you choose a new slot or a full refund. We message you before you leave for the helipad.

Can children fly?

Yes, from 2 years old, in their own seat at the full seat price and with an adult. Children under 2 cannot fly.

Can I cancel?

Free more than 48 hours before departure, 50 % refund between 24 and 48 hours, non-refundable inside 24 hours — Falcon's policy, mirrored exactly.

What should I bring?

Your passport or Emirates ID for check-in, 45 minutes before departure. Phone, camera and sunglasses are fine; bags stay in the lockers at the terminal.
