Booking terms

Who you are booking with

Dubai Skylux ([LEGAL ENTITY], licence [LICENCE NO.]) is an authorised sales partner of Falcon Heli Tours. We take your booking on WhatsApp and reserve your seats with Falcon. All flights are operated by Falcon Aviation Services, and Falcon's own terms and safety rules apply on the day.

Prices and payment

  • Prices are in UAE dirhams (AED) and include 5 % VAT. There is no booking fee.
  • Your booking is confirmed once payment is received and we have sent your confirmation on WhatsApp.

Cancellation by you

  • More than 48 hours before departure: free cancellation, full refund.
  • Between 24 and 48 hours before departure: 50 % refund.
  • Less than 24 hours before departure, or no-show: non-refundable.
  • To change or cancel, message us on WhatsApp — the time of your message counts.

Weather and operational cancellations

  • If a flight is cancelled for weather or operational reasons, you choose a new date and time or a full refund.
  • The pilot and air traffic control may adjust the route on the day for safety.

On the day

  • Arrive 45 minutes before departure. Late arrivals may not be able to fly.
  • Bring a passport or Emirates ID for every guest.
  • The weight limit is 110 kg per guest on shared flights. Guests above it need a second seat or a private flight.
  • Children from 2 years fly in their own seat at the full seat price, with an adult. Children under 2 cannot fly.
  • A helicopter seats up to 6 guests. Seats are assigned by weight and balance on the day.
  • Bags are not allowed on board; lockers are available at the terminal.

Gift cards

  • Gift cards are valid for 12 months from purchase and can be used for any available date.
