This site is run by Dubai Skylux ([LEGAL ENTITY]). It has no accounts, no sign-up and no forms. Here is everything we collect.
When you message us on WhatsApp
The booking buttons open WhatsApp with a message already written. Nothing is sent until you press send. When you do, we receive your WhatsApp name and number and what you write. We use it to book your flight with Falcon Heli Tours, who need your name, the number of guests and, on the day, your ID. WhatsApp itself is run by Meta under its own privacy policy.
We keep booking chats for as long as we need them for the booking, refunds and our accounts, and we never sell them.
Analytics
We use Google Analytics 4 to count page views and taps on the WhatsApp buttons (which page, which button, which tour) so we can see which pages help people book. Google Analytics sets cookies; it does not tell us who you are. We also use Cloudflare Web Analytics, which does not use cookies.
Your choices
- You can block analytics cookies in your browser or with a content blocker — the site works the same without them.
- To see, correct or delete the chats we hold about you, message us on WhatsApp.
